Magenta is seeking highly motivated individuals with a proven track record of success and strategic team leadership to fill key Project Lead (“PL”) roles in transplant medicine for our clinical and near-clinical programs.  The PL for our MGTA-456 stem cell expansion program will lead, along with critical team members, all studies for MGTA-456 (e.g. Inherited Metabolic Disease, Sickle Cell Disease, and Hematologic Malignancies) for the R&D organization, serving effectively as a “mini-CEO” for the MGTA-456 program.  The PL for MGTA-145 will lead, along with critical team members, all studies for our MGTA-145 stem cell mobilization program (e.g. phase I in healthy subjects, phase II in multiple myeloma and non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, and later studies in autoimmune disease (MS), and allogeneic donors) for the R&D organization, serving effectively as a “mini-CEO” for the MGTA-145 program.  The PLs will participate in key strategic decisions focused on Magenta’s overall business strategy of growth in these areas of transplant.  The PLs for MGTA-456 and MGTA-145 will be accountable to senior management (e.g., Chief Medical Officer) and the senior management team for all phases related to the advancement of the molecules and for maximizing the value of projects within his/her areas of responsibility.
